Preamble

Protyasha Protibondhi Nari O Shishu Unnayan Sangstha is an Organization of Persons with Disabilities (OPD) operating in the Rangpur district of Bangladesh, led by women with disabilities.

Founded in 2009 by a group of committed women with disabilities, the organization is dedicated to advocating for equal rights, dignity, and participation of women and children with disabilities in society. Prottasha Protibondhi Nari O Shishu Unnayan Sangstha aims to empower these individuals to become self-reliant citizens contributing positively to the nation.

The organization envisions a society where women and children with disabilities are free from barriers, discrimination, and violation, and are fully enabled to develop their capacities and realize their potential as valued citizens.
